MARCH PALETTE

I am liking so much this palette at the moment. Retro enough to make it moody yet with a touch of zest to add freshness. Just like the month of March. All these beauties can be found on ETSY.

A TOUCH OF RED

...always works. Especially when combined with plenty of natural light.

WEDNESDAY COLOUR - FREE DESKTOP WALLPAPER

While preparing today's post I realized it could be a nice desktop background. It is a detail of the ferryboat that took me to Zakynthos island for a daily trip in summer of 2007. I like the graphical feel (typical of me) and the positive vibe of the colours. If you like it, feel free to download it (click on the image to enlarge and then right-click to save to your computer). I tried to adjust the size so it fits most of the monitors (1600x1022).
Happy new month!

A TOUCH OF GREEN

Another colour that has been getting under my skin lately is green. Not just any green though - something like emerald, clean and deep hue that goes so wonderfully with pure white. It brings a touch of exotic climates, weather used just in a detail or all over the wall.

BEAUTIFUL PLATES

I admit I have a soft spot for ceramics. And, oh my, aren't there some seriously beautiful things! I wish I could make something like this. Who would pay attention to the food with THESE dishes??
